Farmers Market Sales Privileges
Unlike cider and wine, craft beer currently isn’t allowed to be sold at Farmers Markets. We’re trying to change this! We’re seeking your support to help advance two bills pending before the State Legislature which will allow small businesses to add their locally sourced, locally made product to the line-up of vendors at farmers markets. Brewpub Self Distribution Rights
Currently brewpub license holders are the only brewery class that cannot self-distribute their products in the Commonwealth. This means they are prohibited from servicing restaurants in town, or even across the street.
